I don?t even care that my drink was made wrong. I am just very disappointed and disheartened to see that the restroom was denied... to a young mother with her small child. They did have a functioning restroom, I asked. I don?t know if it was because she wasnot a customer or if they made assumptions about the small family that was in this Starbucks, but this should have been anexception to any rule they have in place. This store is the worst ever! They never have anything in stock. They are always out of mango dragon fruit, strawberry açaí,... the drive thru line is always super long. It?s ridiculous. If they know that our locals are always requesting mango dragonfruit, then why not order enough to always have enough. Y?all need to get it together! Read more
This is one of the worse Starbucks I've ever been to. I made a mobile order get there and still have to wait outside through the... drive-thru another 40 minutes. HELLO CORPORATE CAN YOU HAVE THE MANAGER STATE ON THE APP NO MOBILE ORDERS AFTER WHATEVER TIMEYOU CLOSE FOR PICK UP INSIDE THE CAFE!!! I ordered through the app for PICK UP and got there at 8:40p pm. When I got there they were closed and had to wait in the drive... through for 30 min. The girl told me they closed inside at 9:00 pm and I told her "well we got there at 8:40 and the inside wasclosed" she said " well ya know" uhh nah if it says at 9:00 pm it should be 9:00 pm not earlierr???Also the drinks were meltedand whipped cream flat idk since they're SO busy their drinks at least at night are wack. This has to be the slowest Starbucks in LA. If you?re in line for drive thru, get ready for at least 40 min wait. For some... reason the line never moves as if the baristas are always new and need training or if they?re just too slow in life and somehowthis location attracts all of them to work here.
