I made a online order on the app. When i arrived the girl at the window said there wasn't any order. That their system wasn't... working. That they only take door dash orders. When i explained to her that i had paid and picked this location she respondedwith, they are not part of the Carl's Jr app. When asked to speak to manager she had to call her on the phone because therewasn't no supervisor. She came back to explain the manager had mention it would be best to come back the next day for a refund.She insisted not to use the app anymore. When i went back to open my confirmation email i shoes her and checked in and that waswhen my order finally printed on their end. Horrible experience all around. She made us parked and waited for more than 10minutes. She advise us again not to use app because it backs them up with time. Read more
This place sucks opens 30min later then posted, food was Stale and cold, server was extremely rude. Avoid at all costs
This store was uber clean...the staff was very nice... Sourdough burger was uber tasty
Overall the store was clean,big and nice cool temperature and well organized, I was disappointed with the food, the double... famous star did not taste that well,and the chicken tenders tasted bad like the mixed flavor, they migth need to drain their oiland pour new one already,the soda machine migth needed new syrup bags because it tasted to water down,same went for the crisscutfries, I used to to love going to Carl's junior when I was younger, but thing have chaged. Maria C, the cashier, was polite, friendly and made a new batch of coffee for me. I ate the California $3.99 combo sandwich with... freshly brewed coffee. Dining area was clean and the TV was on, somewhat loud, but loved the music and the animal show it wasbroadcasting. You need a 4 digit code for the restrooms. Thanks Carl's Jr., great experience! I went @10pm, someone was taking my order and the she just cut me off. I waited at the drive thru for over 10mins then finally... decided to pull up to the front window. The window bars were up and noone was in sight, it was closed. Thats unacceptable. Theirtimes are posted and it was supposed to close @12am. Read more
