This is a little restaurant with about 8 booths. You might have to wait a long time if all the booths are full. We waited 45... minutes. Food had good flavor, especially the ham. Service was good. Read more

It is now called Fat Carl?s, named after the resident black cat. It is a small place inside a B&B, but that adds to the charm.... They only have 6 booths, so they can only seat 4 adults to a table. They have the condiments in a basket on a pulley by eachbooth, and the waitress lowers it down for you. Fat Carl, the cat, was also outside greeting us as we came in. While we waitedfor our food our kids played some wooden board games like tic tac toe and labyrinth. Our kids ordered the hot chocolate and thehot apple cider. Both drinks were tremendous. (I liked the cider better!) Between the four of us, we ordered a breakfast burritowith green chili, eggs, French toast, pancakes, and bacon. The eggs were delicious and fluffy, and you can tell they are realeggs, not the carton kind. The pancakes were buttery, light, and tasty, even without the butter or syrup. The French toast wasdone to perfection, and the bacon slices were thick and flavorful. The burrito had the correct proportions of potatoes, cheese,and sausage, and the green chili had just the right amount of heat. If you want more heat, they have a ?wall of heat? that has alot of hot sauce choices. It was definitely worth our time, and we left with full tummies.
