Let?s start off by saying we WERE a loyal customer. Absolutely horrible customer service. My business orders from them all the... time multiple times a week. We ordered 2 soups today. They gave us the wrong ones so I called and stated they are the wrong onesif they can please bring the right ones since I paid for it as well as paying a delivery fee even though we are only 9 minutesaway from them. The man that answered the phone was disgraceful. Very rude and a horrible business man. Also if you don?t givethem a tip the second they walk in they ask for a tip before they even hand you your food. My business will never be orderingfrom them again. Read more

In many ways Easy Eats appears to be your typical fast food Chinese place. But then you start to notice, everything is slightly... better. The shrimp are bigger, the sauce tastes better, the meat is higher quality and the attention to detail is good. Read more
Kung Pao chicken was spiced just right at chefs making it without direction from me . Sesame chicken also , was cooked as it... should be . Truly fresh ingredients were used in both dishes . Food is always good. Since Lotus Garden closed we had been looking for a NEW go to place. East Eats has won us over
Ordered off their website and was told 35 minutes for delivery but they would call first for payment. After 35 minutes and no... call, I called them. They said they hadn't processed my order yet and delivery would be about 20 minutes later. They did notarrive for at least 45 minutes, it might have actually been longer. The food was okay. The chicken didn't have a ton of flavor,but was not bad. My lo mein was good. My wife's pork fried rice was very bland as well, she needed to use a bunch of sauce withit. I work nearby so I order from them quite often. Although prices went up a little that does not Deter me from ordering! General... TSO combo, sesame ck, wanton soup are all great and favorites of ours. But the#1 is the crab rangoons wanton thingies. Best onesin the local area by FAR! Read more
