Very upset with the service here. I ordered through Uber eats pick up order and when I arrived 25 mins later it showed my order... was completed but it WASNT. I waited 35 minutes in the store and all they kept saying they were working on it (a chickensandwich and fries). When I finally got fed up with the wait, they asked me what my order was?.they didn?t even know my order sohow were they working on it almost an hour ago. Not only that but The young girl at the register was not attentive or kind.Definitely will never come here again. Read more
Horrible experience! Firstly, greeted with a look of disgust as if they don?t want customers coming in there ordering... food. Secondly, over 30 minutes of waiting for 10 piece wings. Thirdly, some of the workers sagging their pants and lookedtacky. Definitely not a look you want to see especially around food. Last but not least, the wings were way too salty and hadto throw the order away. $12 down the trash. Will never return to this location ever again. It?s like businesses love losingmoney by hiring the worse people they can find. Read more
The food was horrible. We ordered the 4 item special for $16.99. The boneless wings were very over cooked, with hard clumps of... breading. They were also very salty to the point of nearly being inedible. The fries were ok but again, over salted. Lastly,they forgot the 2 dips that were supposed to be included. Will never order from this establishment again. Only good things werethat delivery was on time and driver was very courteous. Read more
Terrible experience first and last time here. Waited almost a hour for my food. They was backed up which is understandable even... though they had at least 5 employees there and was only taking mobile orders. The problem came when they kept telling me myorder was just waiting on fries and was getting bagged. However they called four more orders that i was in front of and stilldidn't call mine until I said something about how long I had been waiting. Read more
Wings were cool. Fried mine alittle to hard for my liking tho this time and Everytme I place a to go order here and order extra... veggies they ALWAYS cheat me 1 and ordered and paid for two. You know,you supposed to trust your order is right and you don'thave to check over ppl but I see you do here. It's happened a couple times. So I'll be always checking my orders to make surethey are right. Cause I'm tired of being ripped. Make sure u check ur stuff before you leave too is my suggestion andrecommendation. Read more
I'd like the French fries a lot and I had the wings with bone in and mild hot sauce it was very yummy but it seems like they're... giving a tiny but less on the French fries. The girl at the front cash register she said she was new but she was very nice andvery pleasant. But her definition of 15 minutes was way longer than a 15 minute wait for my food, She did say they were prettybusy. Read more
Wing?Stop is tiptop. An assortment of flavors and sauces, fries, beverages: could it be any simpler to eat well? I ordered lemon... ???? pepper and original hot ???? boneless wings ???? with fries and a rootbeer. The cook time was approx 30 minutes and worththe wait in my opinion. With so many flavor alternatives , I?ll have to return to try more. Read more
I ordered a 10 piece bone in chicken wing combo and received all drums which I didn't want, I'd prefer half drums and flats, but... that would otherwise be okay. However, my issue was with the wings themselves - they were dry, hard and flavorless. The wingswere either fried too hard or refried, whatever the case, they were terrible. I didn't even feed them to my dog. Please get ittogether Wingstop in South Euclid Cedar Rd. Remember your patrons work too and do NOT like wasting their money! Read more
