Sadly this Taco Bell continues to be the worst Taco Bell Ive been to- so sad because its very close to my work and I am... constantly hoping they will improve. I went at lunch rush time and there were only two employees there, and they were clearlyboth inexperienced. They were very nice, but had the drive through closed because they couldnt keep up with orders. They alsoput meat on one of my burritos which had been ordered as a veggie item (ordered through the kiosk so theres no possibility theymis heard the order or anything). Service was very slow to the point where the owner either should have been there helping thestaff or have just closed for the day. Also the nacho fries were very bad. Read more
Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Quesadilla had chunks of lettuce and tomatoes in it. This is a clear sign of cross... contamination. Gross and unsafe to eat. They served drinks that were gross and they obviously didn't change the box of syrup fora long time. Dining area was closed early. No hot sauce or napkins. Never going to this location again. Management issues for sure. Baja blast has been out for weeks, they?re never open when they?re supposed to be and always close... early. They can?t seem to keep staff yet other locations are able to operate fine. I don?t see this location lasting long if itdoes t switch hands. Read more
This location is never open, and when it is, food and service are awful. They are often closed in the middle of lunch hours,... serve rock hard chalupas, give attitude when I ask for a Baja Blast saying their machine is down (like I should know), nevergive hot sauce or napkins. Service and food are atrocious. Avoid at all costs. Read more
This place is an absolute disaster. App allows you to buy but you go to pickup and they say there closed. The lady said to me... oh the machine that makes the food doesn't work but hold on. Tells me pull to the parking lot 6 minutes.......50 minutes laterI get my food. Not only did I wait almost an hour, I didn't get any fire sauce, my iced coffee's had no ice.... my crunchwrapwas literally falling apart. Then the lady that came out to hand me the food just said "here, sorry were short staffed." Unreal. They need to shut this place down and change management for sure. Read more
Ordered Chicken Burrito, Chicken Quesadilla and Mango Fiesta drink but received a soggy burrito, CHEESE quesadilla w/o chicken... which was not even cut and tea tasted like it has been good 2-3 days since it was brewed. They?re are selling stale food anddrinks! This is probably the worst Taco Bell store! Read more
They usually run out of items like Mexican Pizza, lines are slow, and they SEVERELY short you on meat in the tacos. Its... ridiculous. If you can drive to McClean its much better. Read more
Had to give 1 star only because otherwise the review wouldn?t post!!! This restaurant is never open and when it is the service... is horrible. I can never even order from here because the employees every time are stating that they have just closed, noexplanation or anything I?m pretty sure they just run the restaurant and decide their own hours. It?s 4:30pm on a Thursdayafternoon, whoever thinks they own this place should really get their act together! Read more
