Really wish that I could give 0 stars. I have a sick relative that was craving Subway yesterday. I offered to go pick up the... food. I had just received coupons in the local newspaper. As I walked up to the door I was greeted by a sign stating that thislocation doesn't accept any coupons. Once inside the store I saw several more signs stating that they don't accept any coupons.I ordered the foot long bread sub that contained very little meat. With tax it came to $9.99 for this sad bread sandwich. Thiswill be the last time I ever set foot into this Subway. Sorry Subway, it's not 1989 anymore and you are no longer the only gamein town. I can get a much better sandwich at Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's and they actually accept their coupons. GoodbyeSubway! Read more
Absolutely spotless restaurant sandwich was fantastic Bharat was Friendly and great customer service.
The worst Subway experience yet. I order a Chicken Teriyaki deluxe the guy gives me more sauce than chicken. I've never seen... this before and each little scoop he half scooped it. Next I ask for extra extra pickles he puts on a small amount so I tell himdouble that he adds 3 more pickles. I ask this guy are you paying for them? I said double what you put on she puts on another 2pickles. At this point i give up I go to banana peppers be puts on a small amount i tell him a lot more he goes and puts on 1 sosay more, I literally had tell him more 5 times before he put on enough. My god what a piece of work. To top that off theycharge $3 extra for fresh mozzarella. No wonder the place is empty. I am never coming back nor do i recommend anyone else does. Read more
We have always felt like this is a neighborhood favorite. Yes, it's a Subway -- but they treat you like it's a "Mom n Pop" shop.... The workers are always very friendly, we make sure to go in a couple times a month just to catch up. Please, try this Subway ifyou need a quick meal in South Elgin. You won't be let down!! Read more
Right as I walk in. They start stating at my girlfriend inappropriately. They did this more than once!!! When I started my... order they were being rude. Then asked ?hey can I get more olives? he proceeds to say no. It?ll be extra (this has never been anissue with any subway I?ve been too. And I have also worked at a subway for 2 years as well and this was never an issue) Sothen I decided to leave. Because I didn?t like how they were treating me and my girlfriend. Once I?m at the door the ownerstarts yelling at me. ?HEY GET BACK IN HERE. HEY GET BACK IN HERE?. The most scariest experience ever ? If you want to betreated with respect go to the subway inside Walmart. They actually value a costumer. And will give you more than extravegetables. Read more
I have previously had positive experiences at this location. However this time I made an online order, where I noticed they do... not accept any coupons - not even the ones offered through the Subway app itself. When I arrived home from picking up our order,we realized multiple ingredients were completely missing from the sandwich. I contacted customer service and received a generic"thanks for your feedback, sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations" from the owner without any reparation offered.Very disappointed. Wanted to give the local restaurant some business but as I was placing my order the owner says to me " no coupons we dont... participate" I looked at him in disbelief said "ok no business" and walked out. How times have changed smh.... Read more
