I always order a multi grain bagel toasted well with butter.
They charge way to much when you ask for extra of any drinks.
Service was ok and the dragonfruit refresher tasted like kool aid.
I was just telling my fiance how inconsistent this place is and idk why I come here. Sure enough, I get my coffee which I've... ordered before and it taste horrible and they refuse to exchange for another coffee and said they will charge for a whole otherone, sticking with Starbucks. And cherry on top? They hand me over the wrong food. I asked for 2 grilled cheese with tomato andpesto and they give me egg and cheese in a tortilla wrap. Don't waste ur time or money. this is by far the best dunkin i've ever been to. they always make my drink sooo good and they're also super nice! there's a... girl worker who always compliments my dog :) honestly i didn't expect a gas station dunkin to be so good but it's definitely thebest one around!! Read more
I ordered a large iced macchiato with 6 pumps of brown sugar cookie. I was over charged, then given a medium macchiato with... syrup all over the lid and down the side. When I asked about the difference in size the man argued with me saying that was whatI ordered. He went back and checked and after seeing I indeed ordered a large he poured the drink into a large cup and addedmore ice. I think he must have spilled the syrup because the coffee was not drinkable. This Dunkin' Donuts is staffed by a very friendly morning crew. However, as the day carries on the quality of staff and the... remaining staff's professionalism takes a sharp and drastic downturn. Twice I have had to pay with apple pay due to the storesinability to accept my cash or the stores inability to use a POS terminal. When I was told I was unable to use my preferredpayment method I was met with entirely empty stares by the staff when I asked what my other available methods of payment wereand ear grating vocal fry when I finally extracted a kindergarten level sentence from one of them. Perhaps it is wrong for me toassume that a group of mid 20 somethings working a dead end job would be able to problem solve, but alas. Additionally, thewomen's restroom is strife with used pads and toilet paper. The women who use this restroom most frequently work at thislocation.
