Awful customer service. The lady looks mean with an attitude. Iced coffee is extremely sweet, donut is good but probably will... not go back. Read more
Employees always have attitude toward customers. Very rude and unprofessional. They're always claiming to be "OUT" of everything... that requires them to move more than 10 steps at a time. Very lazy. Always eating on the job and where customers can visibly seethem. I was there when an employee's friend came in and she handed him 3 dozen donuts "ON THE HOUSE" because "he came to visither". Good employees and customer service is hard to come by now days.. but I have to say that the workers here truly are an example... of both & are very sweet people. This makes a big difference for business if people will go back or not. I hope they getrecognition for all they are. Read more
Worst Dunkin experience!! I ordered online and found out when I arrived that they didn't have what I ordered online. I was asked... to replace my order with different things. I understand that they may run out of things but when I asked them questions aboutoptions, the staff who fixed my order was very rude. The items we ordered didn't taste the same as usual. Read more
