Unfortunately, while picking up my order I found multiple toe nails and nut residue in my coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice... latte but received a pumpkin salted latte. Also the whipped cream wasn?t whipped- it was beaten which is very sad. And pls beadvised that the coworkers are unsanitary and virgins. Read more
Great Dunkin'! I was greeted by big smiles and very friendly people working here. They went out of their way to accommodate me.... I got my first Dunkin' grilled cheese and it was perfectly toasted, warm, and gooey. I also grabbed some glazed and jellyMunchkins for my pup and was pleased that I got a few extra than I paid for so I could sneak a jelly for myself but don't let mypup find out.???????????? I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker but do enjoy an occasional iced so I got just a small that was justright. While inside I also noticed they have a great assortment of travel cups and mugs all very reasonably priced. They don'tsweat, are dishwasher safe, and look to be just the right size and available in an assortment of colors. Some keep hot beverageshot and cold beverages cold for many hours. I think my biggest regret was not grabbing one of those travel cups while I wasthere. Before I got back on the road I wrapped my grilled cheese in some napkins and it was ready to be enjoyed while I traveledhome down 104. I used to go to school in this area and would go to all these wonderful spots on my way and for lunch every daybut haven't been in the area in quite some years but I was very pleased to be greeted again by such friendly people in a cleanestablishment with wonderful service and enjoyed my tasty lunch on the go. As a special bonus when I returned home with theMunchkins my dog forgave me for leaving him home that morning. Person who took order was very rude and didn't get the order right. (Iced coffee with 1 cream and 3 sugars) I received a iced... caramel swirl. Whoever was working at drive thru window was very rude and was handed $4 dollars for a $3.30 coffee and shut thewindow in my face then proceeded to hand me $1.30 in change. Pretty disappointed but this is part for the course at thislocation most days. Some days morning staff is excellent. Read more
Never go inside as the employees tend to care more about drive thru customers than ones standing right in front them. 10 cars... can go thru the drive thru before you are waiting on inside. Some window employees are friendly, and some hate their job and aretotally not friendly when greeted at the drive thru window. Read more
Unfortunately the young lady at the window didn't seem to interested in getting me my coffee. She left it on the counter inside... while I was outside at the drive thru. It appeared even her supervisor was trying to expedite her poor level of service to amore acceptable level. Read more
Wow. The meanest worst Dunkin I have ever been to. After giving me a TON of cold food they refused to refund me, then when they... finally did they refused to replace my food. What a joke. Well for starters when I got my food i unwrapped it and and it was a giant rat jus inside the sandwich, which i thought was dead... but it jumped out and but me and now i have rabies. Also when i got my drink i tried drinkin out the straw but it wasnt goingup. I checked what was wrong and it was a weird while slime, glad i didnt drink it.
