Foods real good, always clean for the most part. Always check your order for accuracy! I always get the Italian with dressing on... the side and the dressing is almost always never in the bag. They no longer have the hot sauce selection they use to. They havea couple behind the counter but, nothing like it used to be. Limes are also never available when we go in in the evenings forthe cherry limeade any more either. Always told they're out. Don't know how true that is? I get the idea it's more like wedidn't feel like slicing them.Which, pretty much makes it useless because it's no good without it. None of the staff ever seemsto last long there either, probably has something to do with it? Read more
We came and ate Saturday October 1 we love Firehouse but do not waste your time at the Ridgewood location in Daytona Beach. Our... Mac and cheese was literally cold the bread you could not even bite into because it was like a brick, and the guys that were inthere were too busy and worried about closing that they didn't even get our order right. We have been at several locations butthe one in East ridge in Chattanooga is the best. I don't even know what you would call the Mac and cheese thay served us exceptfor out of the box and cold. Never will go here again no wonder there's never anyone in the parking lot. Read more
It has been a long time I was here..after today's visit. I will back much more often. Had one of best subs ever! Has so much... meat and cheese and the bread was prefect soft and just yummy..You all should try this place out more often...great food. Read more
Staff of 3 took forever to make my order. No lines -off hours -7 pm is when I arrived and only 2 people sitting in dining room.... There were 3 young men not working as a team. I wasn?t even sure who was making the sandwiches because all 3 kept going fromthe counter to the back room. While waiting for what seemed like forever a I overheard a conversation of a poor fellow whoordered online and they printed the order 30 min but never made his order. They said they were sorry to him but that he wouldhave to wait 10 min for the sandwiches to be made. My order that I placed in the store was wrong so after driving all the wayhome sitting down to eat the sandwiches had Mayo all over them. I ended up driving back to the store to get a refund. Stay away. 40 minutes for my order. Place was filthy; whole cookies on the floor and did in the few tables that weren't put up... for the night. Weird smell in the air. Only had three people working. Cashier wouldn't accept the 44 cents to make my changeeven because according to an older man behind the counter, he can't do math- and he didn't seem to be kidding about it. Then thecashier was like, well we have a tip jar over there, pointing to the jar down the way on the counter. Seriously, that's what hewanted me to do with my change! So I kept the larger coins and gave them the 4 cents. Wow. Read more
BE CAREFULL!! BE VERY CAREFULL!! Great Firehouse, good sandwiches, clean restaurant. But never order double meat. Per the... receipts (3 days apart) same exact order but one has double meat for $2.50, the other shows $2.00 + $2.00 for extra meats. Icalled to ask. The GM said it is what it is, stating computer won't allow it sometimes. She also never mentioned she could fixit or any other good will effort. I'm going to miss this restaurant. UPDATE: Thank you for the obligatory response. However,there is still no explanation why such a discrepancy on the receipts. Maybe it's time to get IT involved. As stated, I wentback to register for explanation from cashier saying that's what the computer does, not I'll can fix it or let me get themanager. I even stated I owed another $2 because there are 3 meats on that sandwich. I walked away. From the parking lot Icalled the store and spoke to GM as stated above. Read more
This location takes Great Care to provide the BEST food possible. I Appreciate their attention to detail. The people are... Awesome! The Bread is Perfect. The Ingredients are Always Fresh! Not a bad place to grab a sub from but wow these prices are getting high. $20 for a large meal is crazy. The sandwiches are good... and all but prices should be super low in south Daytona lol I don?t know how anyone can go out and eat anymore to be honest.
