KFC has went to hell. the food is terrible and customer service isn't any better

Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on... the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chickenwas cooked really well. Didn't realize how good KFC fries are. Read more

DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER. at this location it takes longer to place a mobile order than it is to go through the drive... through. Then if you?re upset about waiting the rude manager will yell at you like this is your fault. Do better. All theseemployees on the night of march 29th should be fired. Previous visit had me waiting 10 minutes before they even started putting my order together. This visit I had made an online... order, paid for, but when I show up at the KFC they tell me they are not taking online orders. They tried to tell me to go onthe app to get my money back. Which is not an option on the KFC app as far as I know. I eventually got them to give me the food,though I had to go elsewhere for fries because they did not have any. At about 9:20pm on Friday September 30th an employee told me "not to come back" for apparently no reason except her own... subjective issues. She told me i should have not pulled up to the window, but i parked at the speaker and nobody came to ask memy order or anything for a bit of time so therefore i pulled up to the window. I grab my order when she puts it out thedrivethru window and tells me "not to come back". Seems like this person needs to have a stern talking to, super unprofessionaland ridiculous. Ive been a customer of this kfc for over 15 years, as my family has too. So i guess the company is fine withemployees telling long time customers to "not come back" for apparently no reason besides that the employee is having a bad day(or life) and is taking it out on random customers. Someone (*cough cough* owner/corporate) teach this woman how to treat peoplein customer service bc this aint it. Read more
