This KFC location is great! Food is always hot. The order is never goofed up.

Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on... the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chickenwas cooked really well. At about 9:20pm on Friday September 30th an employee told me "not to come back" for apparently no reason except her own... subjective issues. She told me i should have not pulled up to the window, but i parked at the speaker and nobody came to ask memy order or anything for a bit of time so therefore i pulled up to the window. I grab my order when she puts it out thedrivethru window and tells me "not to come back". Seems like this person needs to have a stern talking to, super unprofessionaland ridiculous. Ive been a customer of this kfc for over 15 years, as my family has too. So i guess the company is fine withemployees telling long time customers to "not come back" for apparently no reason besides that the employee is having a bad day(or life) and is taking it out on random customers. Someone (*cough cough* owner/corporate) teach this woman how to treat peoplein customer service bc this aint it. Read more
