Great stop for a simple donut and coffee..Clean inside and very friendly service. Was not disappointed
Watched employee wipe her mouth with her bare hands before serving. Me my 7$ coffee.
so. I have a dietary restriction I made sure to specify that changes the color and texture of my drink. I checked in when she... gave it to me and after I left because it did NOT taste right and the color was too dark and if I have it normally I will have aseizure. She insisted it was correct and that was that. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes before deciding I would go get anew one at a different starbucks. They made it for me and it came out the right color and consistency. My friend even tried both- she said there was a noticeable difference. So if you have a dietary restriction like me, don?t go to this starbucks. they donot take food safety seriously. go to essex jct instead, they were incredible there like always and even gave me a size up forfree:) Read more
The remodel of this particular Starbucks is a complete failure. They took customer floor space away and put in a larger work... space. When you walk in the front door you have to get through all the people waiting for orders to get down to were you placeyou order. Half the floor space is taken up by tables making the environment confined. You force to be in close contact withother customers which in this day and age is not a good thing. Very disappointed in what was done there. Not worth a revisit. Read more
We're glad this location is open again. The remodel is nice however the coffee for the first two stops have not been good. We... ordered 2 coffees each stop and they've all been really bitter/burnt. I understand the staff may be just getting up to speed butthere's room for improvement. Read more
The Barista Staff are always friendly and professional. Good eye contact and extra effort to communicate in spite of masks.... Always feel safe at this location. Very clean and a fun place to sit outside and chat! Read more
Food is always out of stock. Sandwich I ordered is cold in the middle. Only the outside edges were warm. Cookies tastes like... cardboard with burnt chocolate chips. Other Starbucks I?ve been to have WAY better food and service. First and last time. Read more
