The delivery person said he was to busy to come to my door. I had to go down to the entrance of my building, not feeling well.... Which I told him. He said he was to busy. Then he dropped my pizza on the ground. I going to a pizza place that delivers to thedoor. They did charge half price for the topping since we ordered half pepperoni and half cheese. Dirty place. Was completely empty and told 35mins for a pasta dish. And the little arrogant nimrod that wears the goofy fishing... hat should be hung by his ankles - worst customer service ever! Go back to school kid. Apparently it's under new ownership, andby the looks of things, won't last long. Read more

Honestly, the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered pizzas, wings and pasta Alfredo. Pizzas... delivered were completely undercooked, it happens, it?s a Friday night after one of the biggest storms of the season, I get it.Called the restaurant to see if we could get the pizzas replaced, first call was put on hold for 10 mins, so I hung up andcalled back. Second call I was told I was wrong that the pizzas were incorrectly cooked, really? The person on the phoneproceeded to direct me to prove to them via text message pictures that our pizzas were in fact undercooked, really??!! Sittinghere, stranded in a hotel with 3 children and 9 months pregnant with raw pizza. The person on the phone then hung up on me whenI expressed mild frustration with how these calls rolled out. My husband called back after we sent pictures of our undercookedpizzas, again we were told that we were incorrect and that our pizzas were fine, I just wanted the pizzas replaced with pizzasthat were edible, but again we were hung up on. Will absolutely never order from here again. Also, the wings and Alfredo weordered are pretty well tasteless as well, could be overlooked if the rest of our experience wasn?t so abysmal. Marco's went above and beyond for customer service. I got home last night after picking up my order and realized I was given a... calazone instead of a stuffed bread. As I realized it, my phone rang. It was them calling saying they would be right over anddeliver it. I was super impressed with their eagerness to fix what happened. Great customer service in my opinion! Read more
