I'm normally a big fan, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered online and the site told me it would be ready for... pick up in 20 minutes, so I arrived in 15 minutes. The staff said it was still in the oven and I sat down to wait. They werequite busy, lots of people picking up and ordering. Several times, someone asked for my name and checked for my pizza, then saidit wasn't ready. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, one of the workers asked again for my name, and finally brought me thepizza and apologized. It seems they weren't hearing me well, and my pizza had been ready the whole time. It was now quite coldand rubbery. Maybe consider turning down the music in your store? It was blasting the whole time I was there, possibly causingthem to mishear my name. Read more
Excellent pizza for pickup but delivery can be disappointing. They have no accountability or tracking of pizza delivery. I... called after waiting for 75 minutes and their staff said that they can't do anything about pizza still not being delivered. Read more
I was visiting Burlington on my way to Maine and decide to try Leonardo?s and I?m happy I did! Friendly people and the pizza was... great. Had the Texas Buffalo chicken which was fantastic! Good things come to those who wait and in this current staffing climate waiting for this pizza made it all the better. Loved the... uniqueness of the options and the flavor. OH MAN THE FLAVOR! I am from Bflo. NY. We have the best pizza so when I order pizza anywhere else in the country I am usually disappointed. Not... this time! Having the option of the crust thickness was a great start. This pizza place was right down the street from our hotel so we figured we'd walk there rather than taking the car since it was... close. We get there for a nice sit-down dinner after a long drive to discover it's a take-out only place. And they put a tablein the doorway so you can't walk into the building; the staff comes to the door and takes your order while you stand outside.SMART! In these Covid-19 times, this is the right way to do it, we applaud them. And the lady who took our order was reallyfriendly and talked to us a bit after taking our order since we're out-of-towners on vacation. She gave us some advice on neatthings to see and do in the nearby area. Although when she found out we were from Wisconsin, she did ask, "So why are you here?Don't Wisconsin and Vermont pretty much look alike?" We told her Vermont is MUCH prettier! Although the city of South Burlingtonapparently doesn't believe in putting in sidewalks, which made for an interesting walk along the very busy street to get to thepizza shop. Maybe they're trying to be cosmopolitan, like Rome, Italy, which also doesn't believe in sidewalks and you take yourlife in your hands every time you try to cross the street. Anyway, we ordered the Vegetarian Works pizza, half with no cheese toaccommodate our vegan/vegetarian thang. Really, really good pizza! Highly recommend Leonardo's. Read more
Order a medium pizza and garlic breadsticks. It was a little expensive for what it was but good food. The breadsticks are... nothing more than pizza crust with garlic seasoning. Would be 5 stars if cost was more appropriate to what you purchased. Read more
