Waitress was fantastic except we never got one of the children's plates. It wasn't on the bill and we had enough food to feed... everyone without it. The hostess was a little off. There where 5 of us. She handed me 2 silverware packets and 3 menus beforeseating us. It was a little strange. Never had that happen before. Read more
If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered online and showed up when the order was supposed to be ready. The hostess didn't... appear for 10 mins, when she did she said our order wasn't ready even though I could see one sitting on the counter. Gave her myname, she went back and returned saying she couldn't find my order. This went back and for a few times then she finally foundthe receipt for my order and apologized because apparently they hadn't started it yet. So I walked around for a half hour andwhen I returned my order still wasn't ready. I showed my receipt to a different employee, they looked in the bag that wassitting there for over 40 mins and said that indeed that is my order. Unreliable hours, unclean tables, and inconsistent food. We've gone to IHop at this location 6 times. Of those six times we've... only been able to eat here twice. They're always closed randomly, not just after one, randomly in the middle of the day!Sometimes there's a note, often not. The first time we ate there it was great. We love IHops food. The second time they got myorder wrong significantly - Ordered Strawberry Banana pancakes. Got regular pancakes with a tiny bit of whipped cream. We oftenhad to remind them of other things we ordered. It's just not worth it anymore. Read more
Nice place, if a little unorganized as far as seating customers go. None of the staff seemed to be on the same page with how... they were taking people's names and seating them. When we walked in the waiting area was full and we didn't see anyone for 5minutes. Also employees walked by several times without even looking to the front or saying "someone will be right withyou". But that wasn't even the worst part. After delivering our food, we barely saw our waitress again. She came out with othertables food, but she never looked our way, or checked in on us. We had to flag her down to get something, only to have hercompletely forget and we had to flag her down again to get what we wanted. Read more
The waiter would not stop flashing me? overall scary experience as many of the employees would get physically violent if not... verbally abuse me. The food tasted like the chef hated me and the tables were filthy. Overall the most miserable diningexperience of my life. I can believe I waited 6 hours for a table at this gross establishment. Food's not bad, and the service is very ftiendly, but we did get multiple errors on our orders. We didn't say anything cuz we... were pressed for time, but be sure to double check your order with the waitress. Read more
