Took a good 5 mins of them ignoring us waiting in line for them to tell us they would be with us shortly. Seems they only want... to help the drive thru. Food was good, service-not good! Read more

I don?t expect much from fast food employees to begin with, but these are some of the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude... individuals I have ever come into contact with. Today, when I pulled around to get my food that I waited 20 minutes for I?m thedrive thru, I was greeted by an employee yelling at my dog to ?shut up?. If he had been barking at her, I wouldn?t have blamedher at all but he was just whining because he was excited to see people. This is most certainly not the first negativeexperience I have had here, but it was by far the most blatantly disrespectful encounter. Wendy?s ought to just close this onedown and cut their losses. Incompetent. Every time I go it?s a bad experience so i only go rarely because my son likes it. Today they closed the dining... room for no reason and locked the doors when i was there at 11 AM and would not come to the door to explain when i knocked. Theygot my order wrong in several different ways as usual too plus had a very rude attitude. Even the managers are apathetic andrude. Makes me certain they must cut a lot of corners in things like hygiene. Read more

Got home to enjoy a grilled chicken sandwich combo meal, and my sandwich was overcooked. The edges hard. The chicken SHOULD have... been juicy and I paid 10.00? For what? The best item was the Mango pineapple drink....plus I waited and no one was in line whenI placed my order... Read more

Have issues every time I go to this wendys. This time I was trying to do a movie coupon I had for a free salad with the 700... points I had from the mobile app. They claimed they could not honor it because there scanner wouldn't work but yet after theyscanned my phone it took the point away. Other times I have gone it's been crazy long lines with slow service most of the time Iwill be sitting in drive thru waiting to get your order taken for over 20 minutes to get up to the window to pay and theemployee is on there phone, then they are always messing up orders forgetting things or getting wrong items. This store needbetter management and better staff. The staff is slow and seems they don't want to work and management just allows it to happen.This will be the last time I go to this wendys every time is always a issue of some kind. Read more

This Wendy's location just isn't great. If I'm going here, I usually have to plan at least 30-40minutes for sitting in the drive... through - not exaggerating at all. Food quality here is decent, roughly equivalent to other locations, but the staff just don'tpay attention to detail. I ask for a cherry coke and get a coke zero, I ask for bbq sauce with 3 different items, and get none. Read more

Went in to register. Stood and waited. Never acknowledged. Continued to wait. One lady called the other and nodded towards us.... Other lady, "Yeah I see 'em." She was helping make food even though there were several already back there. Still she never spoketo us. She kept right on working with the food. Several cars in the drive thru but one table of customers already at theirtable. No other customers inside. We waited a few minutes more then turned and left. No acknowledgement, no one at the register,no order and no food! Poor service! Poor attitudes! Read more
