Okay so I went here twice a few days apart. The first time being on a Monday and around 12/1pm and the food was excellent and so... was the service. But a few days later when we went it was a total different experience. It was a Thursday and was around 7pm.The majority of the employees were rude and ignored us standing there, the burgers were pink, and asking for some sauce seemedto have been the biggest & hardest task for them. Absolutely the worst customer service the gentleman in the drive thru was just rude and sarcastic.At first I thought ok school... is out this has to be a child working his first job but no it was an adult after he was rude about my order I proceed to pay heask me what am I supposed to do with that my grandmother was with me so I kept quiet after paying I pulled down the his comes tothe window and asks me what did I order had he not been rude he probably would have known but no he is clueless about what Iorder less the 5min ago I will never go back there Read more
You think when you walk into a Burger King that you know exactly what you'll get: good fast food and adequate service. This... visit though was very different. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with the food being perhaps the best that I haveever had at Burger King. I was very surprised when our food was delivered to our table, with a smile. I watched a number ofpeople that came into the lobby to order and eat in the dining room have the same experience. What a refreshing difference frommy usual fast food restaurant experiences. The only issue preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the sauce for my chickennuggets was initially forgotten. Read more
Staff was friendly. But nuggets were far from fresh and lukewarm. Fries were adequate, but very salty. Soda machine offered 5... choices so you'd have to ask if they had a specific drink behind the counter. Ketchup was empty so had to ask for packets. Thebathroom was clean, though. So that was nice. Ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and got two sausage instead but the wrapper was marked bacon. They need to hire... people that can read. Tried to call to let them know they miss making the food but they won't answer the phone. Read more
