Has to be the slowest Dunkin in all of the Boston area. They always have 1 person working at the busiest time of the day and if... there?s a line expect to wait no less the 10-25 minutes. Today I walked in they had one guy as usual and I was 6th in line Iwalked in at 706am and left at 715am empty handed and still 6th in line. A online order walked in who ordered a cup of Joe andgod knows what else and none of it was even started so that one guy had to leave the register and fill that guys order. I?dimagine if I stayed I would of left there past 730am. Also this is the only Dunkin?s that closes on the weekends but meanwhiletheir right next to the cruise terminal and could get huge amounts of customers leaving the cruise ship and goin on the cruiseship every Saturday and Sunday. The owner needs to hire more people, having one woman as the entire staff at 6:00 am is infuriating on so many levels. This... business clearly generates enough revenue to support 3 or 4 workers. As a consequence of only having one worker the quality ofthe product is diminished. More often than not the food I order is either not included or takes so long to get that its notworth it. Again the is not a failure of the employees. This is a failure of the ownership and management. Read more
Unfortunately I'm forced to give a star. Easily one of the worst managed and attended places I've ever seen.
With only the one cashier doing everything. She managed to keep the line moving at a fast pace. I didn't have to wait long. I... was in & out within minutes. Good job to her. Read more
They literally close so early and threw away all the donuts in my face and I couldn't buy any because they were closing.... Literally such a waste of food!! It's only 430 in the afternoon and i just got out of work ???????? Read more
Coffee was fine but at 10am this place was a disaster. There was a backlog of orders. I waited over 20 minutes. No one seemed to... know what they were doing behind the counter. Read more
I downloaded the app just so I don't have to talk to that nasty little brat at the register. I've been here twice and he has... been rude both times. I would give this place 1 star but the girl making sandwiches does a great job. Read more
