Hello there, Unfortunately i visited the South Berwick location today and was greeted with the utmost disrespect from your... employees. One woman was outright refusing to take and make orders, and refused to fill our offices online order using theexcuse that it was "too big". They harassed one of my employees when she came down to pick up the order and refused to help herat all. I tried to call the store multiple times while my employee was there and she stated she heard the phone ringing but noone answered it. Our order was placed at 11:46 this morning and it is now 12:36pm and we have nothing and she is still waiting.Id like to add that the online order was marked ready before we ever went to the store to pick it up. The way your employeestreated not only my staff, but any other customers in the restaurant was absolutely abhorrent, and the woman refusing to make ortake any orders at all should be fired. Im sad to say this will be our companies last time ordering lunch at this establishment. Read more
Ordered a 6" off the app. Promptly made. However when I went to eat it. It was soaked, dripping in honey mustard, which ruined... the freshness of the sandwich. 2/10 would not recommend. Read more
Just went in there on May 13th 2022 and there is only one girl working there and i think she was never trained. She clearly had... no clue what she was doing or how to make a wrap. You need to train your staff or just close for the night. I've worked foodservice most my life and you should be ashamed of the situation you left this poor girl to deal with. Good service. Nice people. Clean shop. I bought a footlong roast beef. One thin layer of roast beef. It was just sad. Made me... sad. Along with the bag of chips and a iced tea over $16. Funny how everything was good except for the sub. That is way toocheap for that amount of money. Read more
The girl who made our sandwiches was extremely great at her job. We haven't been to a subway in a while and she asked us all the... right questions to make our experience and food amazing. Will go there again!!!! Read more
This Subway location in Berwick Maine has frequently canceled my order even though they have plenty of time to make the order... before the store closes. It is so annoying because then I have to place an order from a different location and it takes up to 2hours to finally get food delivered. Their store has terrible customer service when they can never find a way to help resolveany problems. Read more
Makes Sweet onion chicken teriyaki with some kind of dark brown bbq sauce. When I inquire as to what they are making because... it's definitely not a sweet onion chicken teriyaki they proceed to get furious and tell me I'm wrong. At which point I justpoint to the picture on the menu and ask if that chicken looks like it's coated in some brown bbq sauce and they just stare atme. They should be able to make one of the most popular sandwiches at subway for the last decade or more. Read more
