Recently visited this location and I have to say I?m very disappointed. I didn?t have any issues with the product just the whole... attitude with the manager towards her staff. Jaime is verbally abusive towards her staff and inconsiderate of certain needs tosay the least. Customer service in the food and beverage industry shouldn?t be demanding as we as consumers are alreadydemanding. Pushing your staff to emotional breakdowns is very concerning and as a supervisor I would think that a manager wouldhave more respect for the employees that work under her. Read more
LONG DRIVE THRU LINE, which is to be expected between location and it being starbucks, it did take about 5 mins to get my drink... and only about a minute for someone to realize I was there to order. The sounded like they were short staffed, which is prettycommon anywhere you really go right now. The staff was handling everything they could really well. Read more
This Starbucks is worst place . all staff is rude . they don't even know how to make simple coffee . also raciest people.
Drinks made incorrectly again, 3 days in a row. It can't be that difficult to make an iced shaken expresso.i apologize for... complaining but there not cheap and the line is usually always long, next time I will for sure have them make themagain,correctly. Read more
Has excellent service, they always get my orders correct. Never had an issue with any employee. Great Starbucks location.
Drinks are good but plan on waiting up to a half hour to get your order. I remember when you?d get your drink free if it was to... you within 3 minutes. Read more
The 2 young ladies working in there right now. I literally just left the store. They were very nice, courteous and professional.... They have possibly made the best white chocolate mocha that I've bought at any Starbucks I've had. Good job ladies and thankyou. Read more
Went to this Starbucks at 715pm, ordered a frappe, and they said, "sorry, we can't make that, we already put our blender down... for the night." They closed 45 minutes later at 8pm. Been here on several other occasions where they've been missing severalitems from their menu. Read more
