All I can say is OMG! If I could leave zero stars I would. We got to drive thru and waited for line to go down. Sat at the... speaker for almost 5 minutes and line ahead was gone, still nothing. I called store and they asked me to just tell my orderand after repeating 5 times they still didn't get one of my items...get to window and asked to repeat 3 more times AND we didn'tget our tots from the order! I get short staffed as I work retail too...but come on! Working drive thru with your cell phonein your ear is unprofessional on top of screwing up orders! Read more
Food was great. The seating area that is outside, with the one push button order area, the card reader wasn't working properly... as it should. But the area was decently cleaned for the time of day. My drink was slightly messed up by putting ice in it whenI asked for no ice but it's not a big deal. The car hop that brought our food out to us was really nice so that is a plus. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by this location, usually I don't hear anything crazy about sonic and this makes me wonder why. Food... was relatively cheap for how good it was, and I mean you can get tatertots here so thats a plus. Also service was easy, justpull in, hit a button, order what you like, and then wait. Then someone will come out and hand you your things. Easy as that. Read more
Main reason we stopped going is because the food always tasted as though it was either over cooked or old. So we tried again and... same thing, except fries were fresh as could be! Read more
I normally love Sonic but had a bit of a disappointment today. I ordered two hot dogs (don't judge me) and a Cherry Limeade. The... New York dog was very good as always. The Chicago dog was a disappointment. It had all the normal condiments, but the relishwas a normal pickle relish (not the bright green Chicago dog relish) and at some point I noticed it had salt on it! Not celerysalt, just plain table salt. The Limeade also had a weird taste, but it may have been the mixture of salt and lime backfiring inmy mouth. I'll be back, but not for Chicago dogs anymore. They missed the boat on that one for sure. Read more
Great food, amazing smiles. Had a great time. Good was made perfect. The drinks were amazing and we left full and in a better... mood then when we pulled in. It's a great "old school" feel with that new age touch. Read more
