Service was a little slow and the inside is pretty messy. They were very nice, but also very busy!
This is the worst location I have ever dealt with! It appeared as though every order was wrong and the general attitude about it... was flippant. This place is ridiculous! I was there last week and had the same problem! I literally watched from my car as adriver brought Texas roadhouse to some female employee who handed over a stack of pizzas. Evidently an exchange. Meanwhile, mywife was waiting for our order that was supposed to be ready, but wasn't. Then these employees grabbed THEIR order off thecounter and proceeded to go behind the wall and begin eating. Ironically, it was all visible through the other door. Evidentlythey thought they were hidden as they laughed and ate while my wife and I waited for our order. Like I said, RIDICULOUS! Read more
Food always consistently good which is something you wont get from the nearby Pizza Hut trust me! The one time they messed up... and forgot to make my order on time the guy apologized and the manager immediately offered me free drinks and it was only a tenminute wait. Thats also only been one time in 3 years of coming to this location. Place has always been a solid choice and hadbeen managed very well in my opinion. Would reccomend to anyone. Read more
Won?t be ordering papa johns again until the company gets it together. I ordered, got to the location to pick up, to then have... to wait while the employee slams a pizza in front of me. To then be told they didn?t have my order at all. I live around thecorner and always order this location so I was very confused as to why. I was then told it must be at the other location downthe street because the company decided to split the 46613 zip between two stores. Btw I ordered online for this location notdown the street 4 miles away! Online still stated my pizza was were I went. I tried to call the other location but the phone wasnever answered. Before I left the first store the employee that was eating then turned around to continue making pizzas. Nogloves, no hand washing involved. Honestly happy my order wasn?t there. Thankfully pizza was found at the other location. Andthe manager at that location also explained how corporate has split 46613 zip code. Hey corporate this location is a lot furtherthan the one I have always ordered from! It makes no sense to not inform the customer that?s picking up that you as a companydecided to send order to another store. Read more
Excellent experience with Papa John. It was a Sunday night so it was a 50-60 minute wait but the pizza actually was delivered... quicker than that. The driver was very friendly and the pizza was made perfectly. No complaints at all. I would hope all mypizza ordering experiences were this good! Read more
Order online. Says 60 minutes. Get to the store after 70 minutes. Told they haven't started it yet it'll be another 30-35... minutes. 35 minutes later, was just told it'll be another 15 minutes. Not very happy with this service. I wish Papa JohnSchnatter was back at the helm of this empire. PS. Employees do not wear gloves while handling food at this location. Mentionedthat to the shift manager and his reply was, "tell the health department, we don't care. You're not going to stop amulti-billion dollar company." Read more
Ordered a personal pan with a drink, with Cheese sticks. By the time I got the pizza it was already cold, did not have extra... cheese that I had asked for. The drink never came. I called twice both time on hold for over 5 minutes and the second time Icalled I was on hold for 34 minutes before being hung up on. So as I am writing this on hold for the third time and as of nowbeen on hold over ten minutes. This store has not treated me well although since working I have no other choice but to use them. Second Chance, Got a Raw Pizza Again! adding more photos, So NEVER AGAIN. I tried them twice 1 week apart and it looks like they... forgot how to make pizza, I have eaten frozen pizzas that are better. The have good wings but they are a Pizza Place but theycan't make a pizza that is completly cooked. I had to finish cooking it, and added my own ingrediants because they just make aterrible pizza. Just go somewhere else, they do not deserve your buisness because they do not care about their customers. 1 Staris more than they deserve. You can see below I had to finish cooking my own pizza. that is the photo with the pizza that lookscooked on my pizza pan. First Review: Over Priced , sometimes the pizza is cooked , sometimes gummy or raw. It's hit our miss.My pizza tonight was raw in the niddle and the bottom was partially cooked, but certainly with all the options available forpizza places, you might wanna go somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because my wings and breadsticks were good, but the pizza, onceagain was lacking. Read more
