Most of the workers are fine, but I don't get the big deal about the food. It's rather bland, if your thing is bland soup,... crackers, sandwiches and smoothies then go get it lol! Overpriced and over hyped. The main manager is pretty funny though lol. Read more
The drive thru has been very slow the last 3 weeks. I live 2 min away from this location and on a good day i?d be waiting 40 min... in the drive thru. Also, for the long wait they also get your order wrong. Read more
I did a mobile order for a craft of coffee to be ready at 6:15 am the following morning. I received a notification that my... order was taking longer than expected. Two of the employees apologized for the delay. At 6:40 am the manager brought out myorder. I said to him "you realize that this order is really late, it was supposed to be ready at 6:15". The manager said"Thank You" and he turned around and walked away. I always get coffee from Panera for particular meetings where I work. Everyone loves it. I usually go to the Mishawaka location and have never had an issue. I will not use the South Bend locationin the future. I'll stick with the Mishawaka location. Read more
On arriving there was not a cashier at counter. We were forced to use the terminal (not a real friendly layout). Got our food... ordered after some changes due to location being out of tomatoes. Early September in Indiana, no one should be out of tomatoes.I ordered the $11.99 chef's special sandwich, not much there for the cost. To top it off, it left an awful after taste in yourmouth. I have eaten in a lot of Panera's over the years, not impressed with the current business model you have here. Felt therewas little value for the $28 I spent. I think I will be looking for a better value in my future dining, not Panera. Read more
The manager at this location was incredibly RUDE to me when I asked for assistance with finding a receipt. He talked over me and... gave me complete attitude the entire time. This review goes directly to that individual. The other employees were incrediblynice and had high spirits! Because of them I would come back. Read more
This was my first time at this Panera at the new location. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a nice... outdoor area which was perfect for the weather. I ate the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl with a Greek salad and apple.Scrumptious! Read more

I went through the drive thru at 8:45 PM, no one was inside the store because the doors were locked, there was one car in front... of me. I didn?t get out of line till 9:20. My food was cold. I had a bunch of stuff I asked not to be in my order in my Order. Read more
