Ordered food off the app and was gonna pick it up curbside, couldn?t do that, then was gonna go in due to long dt lone, couldn?t... do that because the doors are locked. I got in the dt and it literally takes them 5-7 minutes to take each cars order. If Iwanted to wait in line for an order I placed ahead I would?ve just order in dt. This is ridiculous. Read more
My food jus didn't hit the spot that evening, the french fries could have been used as hammers, so they hit something lol. Also... not only were the french fries cold but so we're the burgers. I did get lucky and the soda was nice and ice cold which made itrefreshing lol. My chicken nuggets were really fresh and crispy lol. Read more

I was very disappointed in the lack of common courtesy and any sense if order. I ordered through the app and chose to pick up... my food inside. I waited over 40 min. Yes, they were busy. However, there is no possibility of a reasonable excuse for thisexcessive wait. I only ordered a simple number 5. That was all. I brought my wait to attention of management after 20+minutes. This is one of the worst ones. I thought that ordering through the new app might help, wrong, even with pre order I was asked to... ?park?. After 20 minutes I went inside to identify the issue. They are waiting for hash browns. I?m positive it doesn?t take 20minutes to make. By the time I got the hash browns my sandwiches had gotten cold and leathery.
