They over charged me and then gave me the wrong meal. When I told them it was the wrong meal, they wanted to argue with the guy... at the window and tell him that is what she ordered. I told them again I don't eat the meat because it makes me ill, which iswhy I ordered an egg & cheese mcgriddle. The women in the back kept sending up bags and saying this is what she ordered. Atone point they said here give her an extra hashbrown and tell her to have a good day. That was rude. So I said just give memy money back. I still was not refunded for being overcharged. Says opens at 5, That's a lie. Opens when ever they feel like or get enough people to show up. Hour and a half past opening and... only one person there. Leave your lights off to avoid confusion that you might actually be serving food. Read more
I have been there 5 times within a few months and every time, regardless of the time of day, they have gotten my order wrong.... This time I went inside with someone else's order and requested my 2 quarter pounders w/o onions. The manager was nice enough togive me 2 pies to make up. They both had onions, the first was fine but this burger's patty is flipped in half. Honestly justdon't get McDonalds in a big city, they always mess it up. I always go out of my way to be more than polite to them out ofrespect for the people who make my food but this is kinda ridiculous. Check your food before you leave. Also the line takes awhile so if you're on your way to work I would go 30-40 min in advance. It's McDonald's tho, you can't expect the food orservice to be good. The cheeseburger they just put in my little boys' kids meal has been sitting for so long that the bread is rock hard and the... cheese is waxy. This is the worst McDonald's in South Bend. This is not my first time getting nasty food from this location. Read more
Went to this McDonald's at night for the first time. Now ik why people don't eat there at night. It took about 40 plus minutes... to get our food which is understandable bc they were short staffed but if you know your business is busy after 2pm u should hireon or schedule more people to help. Poor manager woman seemed done with her male manager who by the way went to the bathroomdumped his Rello guts into the sink and rolled a blunt in the bathroom then my husband went in afterwards and saw the pic takenbelow. I even got the manager guy too but not a clear shot of his face. Hope they fire him and find someone actually qualifiedto assist a fellow manager on duty. Honestly one of the worst ones I have been to. I was in a rush and took 20 min to get one burger without onion .. the crew... behind the counter were playing around, joking, dancing and everything else. They Let 8 people sit at the register before theyeven had someone come up and take their orders... definitely not going there again! Read more
Went for 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 drinks (one drink for myself and one for my husband), both of my double cheeseburgers were... OLD Patties. They were so dried out from sitting in the cabinet for more time than they?re suppose to be in (I?ve worked forMcDonald?s in the past so I know). I only ate them as I was heading home because I hadn?t ate anything all day and wasn?t goingall the way back after I had already left. Not only that my large Dr Pepper that I ordered with our drinks tasted so off Ididn?t even drink it. It had MAINLY Fanta orange with like a splash or maybe ever 3/4 Fanta with 1/4 Dr Pepper. It was sodisgusting that I dumped it and threw it away when I got home. The service at this location is always a miss and managementneeds to address it. Between workers being on their phone while people are ordering or paying, to not paying attention to theircustomer when they pull up to the window, and the welcome or smiles or even thank you have a good day. I was on the road and had to use their bathroom. I decided to buy a senior coffee. Evidently they no longer offer the really... reduced price coffee because I was charged $.89 for a small coffee. Probably the last time I buy at McDonald's. Worker at thecounter was nice guy. Manager seemed nice. Corporate support of the elderly is greedy. I used to manage a restaurant. They cansell coffee for a quarter and still make profit. Read more
