My husband and I were one of their first customers. Can?t believe It?s almost been 20 years. This is the best Mexican restaurant... around. Meals are always fresh and mmm so good. Staff is always friendly and attentive. You have got to try it you won?t bedisappointed. Read more
Tacos were delicious, i recently started going because its next to my job and i cant get enough of there food.
I was so disappointed with the tamales I ordered. Extremely dry, some already broken in half. Appears that they were leftovers... that were just overly reheated with the sauce still on them and the sauce was no longer even a sauce consistency. I LOVEtamales, but will never order them from this restaurant again. Read more
What a great find! The service we received was fantastic and the food was excellent, authentic, and full of flavor. No place... we've been to has better Margaritas. Restaurant was clean and the prices were very reasonable. We will certainly return. Read more
In South Bend for my sons baseball tournament and craving Mexican food. La Esperanza was not too far from our hotel so we went.... Good choice. All three of our meals were tasty, along with great service. Read more
I haven't had anything I don't like there. I love the salsa. Friendly staff. Portions are great. One of those places I eat what... I love 4 times in a row and then the next two try something new on the menu. Awesome for watching soccer. La Esperanza serves authentic Mexican foods for lunch and dinner. However, if you are craving breakfast food they do serve... chorizo and scrambled eggs. They are as good as mi Abuela used to make. Read more
