Don't use Door Dash with this store. It's a gimmick. Update: They still charged me even after they "cancelled the order" because... they (Jimmy Johns) didn't have a delivery driver. What a concept, delivery service that can't deliver because of an arrangementwith Jimmy John's and still take your money even after "contacting the store directly". Manager "Mason" was extremely rude andtold me that is how it is in a not so kind of tone. Door Dash has been very courteous when mishaps happen and has made attemptsto "make it right" but not in this case due to whatever contract they have with Jimmy John's. I will say that Jimmy John's haslost a loyal customer over this experience and I guess I have paid it forward for the future. So long, Jimmy John's. Read more

I ordered off doordash like really last minute because I had a craving. Instead of just denying the order they actually made my... sandwiches and brought them 10 minutes after close. Coolest. Dude. Ever. Did not have to do that at all. Read more

Food was fine but the door was locked for absolutely no reason. Instead of coming to tell me why it was locked after two minutes... of me knocking, I was gestured to walk on foot to the drive-through window to place my order, where I was greeted with anannoyed tone, as if I was in the wrong for not knowing that I was supposed to walk up to the drive through window. I was handedmy food without exchanging any words with the worker, not even a ?here?s your food? or something like that. Terrible service. Ialso had a separate situation the day before where I placed a DoorDash order, but was told there?s no delivery driver. Theywaited 2 hours to tell me this, and in the end, I had to call THEM to find out. Read more

Bread was literally rock solid. I noticed it as soon as I picked up the sandwich, meaning they noticed it and still sent it to... me. I?m just curious how somehow could feel good about sending product out like that? Read more

I like Jimmy Johns however I find them a little pricey for what they are. Even Subway is a slightly better deal. But on the... brightside you don't need to remind the sandwich maker to toast the bread. They definitely do a pretty good job with that! Read more

Jimmy John?s is one of my favorite places to go because I can order exactly what I want to fit my food allergies, especially... while traveling. I placed an online order for this Jimmy John?s for a wrap and made it an unwich then ordered a couple othersandwiches. I picked it up from the store and didn?t look to see if the order was correct until about 30 minutes away.Unfortunately they did not make the wrap an unwich. I called to see if I could have a refund, and the manager told me that theycouldn?t. They said that they only way they could refund me was to give me a credit to their specific location. Due to travelingand not living in the area there?s no way that could work. As well, I was all ready on the toll road traveling, so I couldn?tjust turn around to order another wrap. I have had other Jimmy John?s refund me for one item before, so I am surprised theycouldn?t do that for me. Read more
