I went to this location staff was rude rushed me ive never been here first time not going back.
I am absolutely done with this location. I live close by and could pick up my food, but I work from home and am often busy so I... don?t have time. For a while, this location was great; fast service, no issues. Within the past month, this location has gonedownhill. Waited well over 40 minutes for one delivery and when I called the store, the manager couldn?t give me an update or atime frame. I ended up driving to the store and picking up the order myself. The second issue is more alarming. A guy claimingto be the regional manager showed up at my door, threw my food at me, then informed me a different delivery driver had my drinksand he could either credit me or come back in half an hour after he makes all other deliveries. I opted for the credit. He thenproceeded to chew my husband and I both out for having the audacity to get delivery when they are so busy and only have onedriver. I?m sorry, but the app didn?t say there?d be a wait for delivery or anything so I honestly had no way of knowing. Nor isthat my problem. I?m fine with waiting, I?m not fine with my order being completely wrong and someone claiming to be a regionalmanager reprimanding me for ordering delivery. That?s your whole model?I don?t understand. Freaky fast delivery is the slogan.Am I missing something here? Also didn?t help that the order was completely wrong and had to then beredelivered. Very fast service, not usually busy around lunchtime
Usually well-staffed with polite and super efficient employees. I have visited a few times when this was not the case. ... Overall, I am usually impressed with speed and service. Every time I visit any Jimmy John's I'm always surprised at how much I forgot I love the food. This was my first time visiting... this particular JJ's and I was not disappointed. I decided to try the new chicken wrap and I would honestly eat one of thoseevery day if it was a little cheaper. I wouldn't say it's overpriced or too expensive, I just prefer getting even more food formy money when I go out so I'd like to order two of these. The wrap seems nicely portioned for normal eating (I just have a fastmetabolism and love to exercise). The inside of the building was spacious, clean, and I liked the temperature they kept theplace at. All of the workers seemed decently happy and ready to help, and one of them was cleaning the doors when we walked inso that's a + for cleanliness. I really like the location too, now that I think about it. Honestly I didn't know this place waseven here until someone else invited me. I definitely recommend, and I will be trying out more Jimmy John's thanks to thisexperience. Previously I had only had their bigger sandwiches, and those have never let me down in terms of amount of food forthe dollar and most importantly, flavor! Read more
I don't know if Jimmy John's has new management or what... I order all the time from here and lately every single time I order... something. They are either not giving me the right order or they forgot parts of it. Then they say they will put it back on mycredit card and never do. To me this is a form of theft. I have been to several Jimmy John's, and the outcome is always the same. The staff is friendly and very quick to get your order... and the order is also quickly made. I have to admit I've only had one sandwich there which is the number 9 and I like it so wellI just have to get it every time I go there. Also liked it when they have leftover bread and you can pick it up for aninexpensive price. Read more
My order got messed up, which it fine. It happens, but please don?t tell me I ordered a #6 when I ordered a #12 and that?s what... was on my receipt. You didn?t need to be rude to me about it either. I have social anxiety and going in plus ordering before myfriend was already stressful enough. Customer Service isn?t for everyone, and I know from personal experience and that?s whyI?m no longer in it. Read more
