I ordered at 7:14. The delivery driver dropped my food off to the house across the street. When I called they said the manager... said they would remake it and send the driver right back out. I have to call at 8:13 , while sitting outside sick with covid sothey don't misdeliver again. They tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes. This is the worst service I have ever had at aJimmy John's. I had to beg the manager for a partial refund. Nobody should have to pay for this kind of awful service. I calledagain because my sandwich wasn't cut, I was missing napkins and didn't get the onions and extra mayo I ordered and paid for. Themanager said they can't give a full refund, mistakes happen and he hung up on me. I sent this and more comments to yourcorporate feedback center. I hope they retrain the very poor management staff. I shared my review already with corporate and amin contact with a representative. They have yet to hear anything from this location and I have yet to see a refund. I was notcharged for the tip fee of $3.....my order was about $25. That's not half back. Read more

Most of the time good and fast. So I was surprised when I got home to be sold a sandwich used with stale bread. It was really... hard to chew and the sandwich ingredients tasted funny. I would know, I get the same thing. I shouldn?t have to try my sandwichat the store to check for good quality. Sadly, my sandwich turned into dog food. Has saved me more than once during a very late night. They usually do deliver very quickly. Keep the delivery instructions... simple. ND students sometimes luck out and get a delivery person who's familiar with the campus and dorm names and all. Prettygood sandwiches! I've never gotten a bad surprise. Read more
If you can't deliver in a reasonable time, stop taking orders. Typical delivery times are an hour or more.
