Apparently, Hacienda changed their menu, but not everywhere online. So when I unknowingly ordered the burrito Blanco, instead of... having healthy red potatoes inside of it with rice chicken and mushrooms, it was stuffed with french fries! When I calledimmediately, they blamed corporate and offered no solution. When I called again the next day, the manager said they onlyreimburse meals on the same day. When I told him I called on the same day and was told it was corporate's fault, he changed hisstory to claim that they their menu had changed and they no longer carry potatoes, that the menu was changed on facebook, whichI never use, refusing to reimburse me for the unedible meal. You would think that rather than bad publicity, they would havereimbursed me for what was disgusting and the furthest thing from Mexican food I've ever been served. I only asked forreimbursement for that item, not the entire order. Not sure what else they've changed, but the quality sure has and the servicefrom management.
