All you can eat sushi was great. Service was slow. Don't do sushi if you're in a hurry. Worth the wait for me.

Me and my family really enjoyed going to East Side Tokyo and the service was always super friendly. The last couple of times we... went though I could see the lack of customer service and the quality of food drop. The last visit we had was terrible. Was askedif we were ready to order, but never given any menus. When we asked for menus we received a harsh look. Never asked if we neededa refill and when served food it was cooked and not done cooking. I believe it was the manager who apologized and gave us a newbatch. Another incident.. we called to reserve for a party if 11 at the grill and still had to wait an hour to be seated. Theattitude from staff has made me never want to step foot inside again. Read more

If this place could have negative stars I would give them. This is a place we used to go to at least once a week. Loved their... sushi. Now, the staff is rude and short with customers. My husband and daughters had the grill for dinner 2 nights ago. The chefwent off on my husband for asking for egg yolks sauce when he was finished cooking their main courses. The man ranted in brokenEnglish about how he has to clean the table and the waitresses should ask if they want egg yolks sauce before he comes out withfood. He then slapped the sauce on the grill and then slapped it on my husband's plate. He didnt even offer any to my daughterswhich were the ones that wanted it originally.
