They were out of almost everything food wise which I can understand because they depend on deliveries. But the entire time we... were trying to order the girl was giggling and holding conversation with someone other than us. We ordered what we could; theyhad our drinks but they didn?t have anything for sandwiches. We ordered bagels and they were toasted but came to us burned. Thecream cheese was not on them and they didn?t give us a knife for the packaged cream cheese they gave us. The hash browns werealso burned. We paid damn near $40 for our order and they didn?t even have half of what we wanted and the half we got was burnedand not worth the money. Read more

Says open at 5:00 stoped at 5:30 and wasn?t open or anyone there. Figured stoped here since out of town and get a donut and... something to drink guess McDonald?s took care of me? Read more

Told the gal large hot coffee with sugar and cream and and she asked if it was hazelnut we repeated large hot coffee with sugar... and cream only only to get hazelnut. Disappointed Read more

I ordered coffee hot food and doughnuts the employee was rude and acted like she was annoyed that we were buying from her even... though customers pay her wage. There was a manager in store at first but when she left it seemed that the employees were nolonger willing to do their job. I waited 10 minutes for my doughnuts then had to approach an employee and show them my receiptto get the doughnuts. It was unprofessional and childish and a bad experience. Read more

Small and cluttered, restrooms are closed to public but not for COVID reasons. Drive thru was busy and brisk. Staff was nice.

They have difficulty keeping up with their orders, forcing even those who ordered in advance on their app to wait significant... amounts of time. In addition, they won't answer their phone. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get coffee and a donut when youorder ahead. Read more

Stopped in to get a dozen donuts for a business meeting with a customer. Was handed a box that was prepackaged and went on my... way not thinking I?d have to check it. Arrived at my customer to discover there were only 10 donuts in the box. This really mademe look foolish. Following my visit I went back to inform Dunkin of their error and to receive a refund on the 2 donuts. Themanager refused to refund me and only offered the 2 missing donuts. I don?t eat donuts and found their unwillingness to go anyfurther to correct the issue appalling. The manager would not even speak to me directly and forced the surprisingly pleasantcashier to relay the message. I will never be back and recommend people choose a different option. Read more
