Very dissatisfied with the service we received during this visit. We ordered ahead using the Potbelly app and multiple items... were missing. The response we got from the girl was, did you look in the bag, it should all be in there. Of course we looked inthe bag, that's how we knew items were missing. Then we overheard some cussing in the back room as we sat in the restaurant andate. Quite unprofessional! Read more

This place is so understaffed. I?ve had two occasions now where I missed my entire lunch after placing orders hours before.... Today they forgot my sandwich entirely. I almost feel bad for the employees. Please hire more people. Read more

I am not normally a Karen but I had a terrible experience here today. My first mistake was making an online order, thinking it... would help me. I made an online order and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order past the estimated time. It wasn?t evenpacked in there, there were people coming in after me and getting their orders within 2 minutes and there were 5 employees. Atsome point the girl making my order left in the middle and didn?t come back to it for 5 minutes. The manager was just watchinghis employees while there were like 4 people waiting for their pick up order. Also the order was wrong. ??????????? TheSchaumburg location is way better. Read more

This has historically been a very very good Potbelly. Today's lunch - no good. I could tell they have a new person making... sandwiches and he is probably still in training. My sandwich was swimming in mayo. :( And the whole thing pretty much fellapart after I took the first bite. Needs more training. He also needs to speak a little louder. My absolute favorite sandwich at Potbelly is the BLTA on flatbread!! But all of their sandwiches are awesome!! Haven?t tried any... of the salads yet but the woman in front of me last week ordered 2 different types and they both looked yummy!! I?m going to tryone on my next visit. My wife and I personally like Potbelly sandwiches. Like a lot. We order Potbelly's at least once a week, sometimes we get... carried away and order 3x a week. Yeah, we have a problem. But hey, they are good sandwiches. Anyways, in regards to thislocation, overall the food is great, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back. In the restaurant biz, it needs to be understoodthat not all orders are perfect, and honestly I'd say probably 90% of my orders are correct. Sometimes I do call and complainabout the issue, but where this location shines is the customer service. Every time I have had an issue and called, the manageron site goes above and beyond to fix the issue. I truly appreciate this; I don't think I've ever encountered such great customerservice in any restaurant I have been. I'm going to keep ordering from here, and will I encounter a couple of issues here andthere? For sure! We're all human! Even computer programs have issues/bugs! My verdict? We love going to this location along with a few others throughout the suburbs. This location's seating arrangement is one of our... favorites. There is a lot of seating and it's pretty spread out. The food is typical Potbelly's, it's delicious. This locationis very clean and the staff is very friendly as well. We love this location because of those reasons and it's close to home. Read more
