Waited 15 minutes for a box of joe and munchkins despite being the 1st in line. The donuts were put into a bag instead of the... box or cups they had in stock. I was late to work and so were two of my co-workers because of the long wait for literally 2items. I shop in dunkin in perth , Woodbridge, and longbranch all of them have given me what I've ordered in under 5 minutes. Iusually try to side with the employees but what I witnessed was an utter lack of care to the people they were serving. Theowners seemed to have come out after the long wait and helped as much as they could. Read more
Really decent quality of beverages, depending on when you go. Most of the time the place is run like clockwork but recently... they?ve been falling apart during the morning rush. I wouldn?t rate it lower due to its overpriced food because that?scorporate?s fault, but it?s worth noting that basically every DD menu item has a better and cheaper alternative that can bebought at a different place. I don't know how this place has four stars every time I go to get something. The hash browns are cold they get my order wrong. I... asked for sausage egg and croissant they give me it croissant with egg and cheese and no sausage. On top of that their coffee isalways burned. Read more

I'm a truck driver and this location is on my way to my job so I stop here frequently. If I was able to leave a 5 zeros I would.... I've had so many times where I brought coffee back to them because of not putting enough sugar in my coffee or to much creamadded, and/or my bagel is someone else oder! This place is the worst either going through drive thru and having to repeat myselfover to them of what I just said, and to find out on my way to work that my order is still #$%* up. And on top of everythingthat I mentioned, this place also doesn't care about their appearance of the business. There was an large ice coffee 3 quartersfull sitting near the counter where we picked up our food items for 3 or more days before someone discarded it. The floorsaround the front counter is a mess every time I'm there!! This week I will try to find out who owns this place or the corporatecompliance department and let them know what I've experienced in a few months. Read more
One of the few locations that has an upscale front mirroring its clean and organized inside. I visited this location by chance.... Once inside, the staff member was very friendly in taking my order and apologized for the wait; even though it was not too long.It's important to note how friendly, polite staff was and organized the location was.
