Waited 15 minutes for a box of joe and munchkins despite being the 1st in line. The donuts were put into a bag instead of the... box or cups they had in stock. I was late to work and so were two of my co-workers because of the long wait for literally 2items. I shop in dunkin in perth , Woodbridge, and longbranch all of them have given me what I've ordered in under 5 minutes. Iusually try to side with the employees but what I witnessed was an utter lack of care to the people they were serving. Really decent quality of beverages, depending on when you go. Most of the time the place is run like clockwork but recently... they?ve been falling apart during the morning rush. I wouldn?t rate it lower due to its overpriced food because that?scorporate?s fault, but it?s worth noting that basically every DD menu item has a better and cheaper alternative that can bebought at a different place.
