Have been here a few times and I am still amazed at the quality of food. It is absolutely fantastic and delicious. I don?t know... how they can make simple bread and salad taste better than anything I?ve ever tasted but somehow they do. My boyfriend said hewould work here for free if they paid him in food. Great food, drinks, and service at 21 Breakwater Their "dry" style chicken wings served with a coating of salt, lime, and... seasoning are fantastic and should not be missed. We love the chefs spin on the Portuguese fish and chips. Their grilledmarinated chicken sandwich was excellent too. Book early, but don't worry if you can't get a dinner reservation, as the lunchmenu is great too. The location offers fabulous ocean views and the ferry boats. Highly recommended. Read more
We were just turned away on a Friday night at 6:30pm, with more than half of the capacity of tables available. The hostess went... to check with the kitchen if they would take any more guests, but with some incoming reservations they were worried about beingtoo busy? we were pretty disappointed, as it looked like a great place. I would be happy to teach you how to run an effectiveand efficient operation, so that you service your customers with decent reliability - so much potential... I ordered the BLT sandwich with a side of fries, and let?s just say best fries ever! They were seasoned wonderfully, and have a... delicious flavour! They were perfectly cooked and slightly crispy on the outside. Definitely recommend ordering them! Theywere not busy at all, only two other small groups of people there at the time. I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal! The only bad experience is the FOMO from watching someone eat the... burger when you ordered something else. It's truly so good. The fries are great, the side salad is great- if you can do a splitof the two go for it! The deserts are all dead on as well. Would definitely suggest ordering a few and sharing. It's worthmaking a reservation at this spot, as it fills up especially in the Summer months. This restaurant is located in a large olderhouse- It's an accessible spot overall, with open seating and nice clean amenities. The driveway is convenient as it loopsaround the building and you can easily pull in and out without backing up. Read more
My mom and I ate the best fish and chips we ever had at a restaurant today at Breakwater restaurant. The Portuguese spin on the... fish was superbe, the chips were nicely stacked and very crispy. We ended our meal with a delicious slice of cheese cake withblueberry topping and a tasty cup of coffee, a lot of restaurants could learn from. Service was fantastic, friendly and fast. Read more
