Wish I snapped a picture but it went down so fast I never had the chance!!! First time trying Inferno and I had the Pulled Pork... Sandwich, or rather the pulled pork sandwich had me! I don't know whether it was the succulent, juicy and exceptionally cookedpork, the sweet but tangy but a bit spicy, mouthwatering sauce they slather it in or the perfectly supple potato(?) Bun thatheld it all together or the fact that I waited for my takeout sitting on a saddle that made my experience so memorable. Honestlythe best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful, food came out so quick and the menu wasjust the right size where I picked quickly but had enough options to satisfy my flippant taste buds. What an awesome hidden gem this eatery is. It?s a little hidden, it?s off 25a and not in a place where you would expect a... restaurant, I happen to stumble upon it. I?m glad I did, you go in and you don?t even feel like you?re in the hustle and bustleof NY anymore. Between the country music and the southern comfort food, you feel like you?re in the bayous down south, a greatchange of pace. The food is fresh and served hot. I love spicy so I tried the Nashville hot sandwich, mouth watering. They makea very tender pulled pork sandwich too. A good selection on the menu, I try to change it up every time I go in just to try allof the items. Been there three times and each time was better than the other.
