Drinks are usually extremely watered down and incorrectly made, also if you come after 4 chances are they closed early.

Employees need more training on how to make a strawberry refresher. Light water with extra base of strawberry means I don't want... it watered down. I initially told them at the register "Light water, with extra base of strawberry" and she clearly wrote thaton the cup, therefore there was no room for confusion. I saw them prepare it with that watered down version they have pre-madein the pitcher. Once they called me, i tasted it to make sure it was maybe just a color issue, however that was not the case,it was water with a hint of flavor. I told them it was watered down and i requested extra base of strawberry, they took mydrink, threw some out, only to add more of that pre-mixed watered down refresher ?????????????? .... c'mon, it ain't thatdifficult. If they want to cut cost just charge me extra for the extra strawberry base, however if I'm paying $6 for a drink,at least make it good. There is a handful of Starbucks locations that "DO" get it right. What is being requested is notimpossible. Read more
Very quick and easy order ... went in with my brother for quick coffee.
Tried for the first time to get a coffee one morning and the woman behind the counter wasn?t ready. I noticed she was waiting... on someone so I shopped a bit then went back. The person was still there and finally was finished. So I stepped up to thecounter and was ignored for about 3 minutes. She finally acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. I waited foranother 3 minutes with still nothing. Sorry but I wasn?t waiting anymore. They are supposed to be open at 5:45 and this wasalmost 6:30. Maybe she should come in earlier to get ready. And I understand if she was thrown into that because someone elsecalled out BUT she didn?t have to be rude. Won?t be back. Read more
I love Starbucks in souderton at giant. They are always so great and I don't think ever gotten my drink wrong. You're espresso... machine frustrates me sometimes but seriously the best costumer service. I love all the girls. Thanks for making my morningcoffee so enjoyable even though it's a ridiculous order! This store doesn't mind taking your money for overpriced coffee but when the corporation sends you a free drink for your... birthday and will not Honor it is a joke! They will surly take my money Read more
Coffee is good. The staff running the small space inside Giant is nice. Haven't had any of the food items yet, but they look... good & those I've known to buy them say it's good. Read more
