Manager had no real answer to the delay. 20-30 mins over the delivery time I was told it would arrive. When asked if I would be... compensated for the delay, his response was simple. How would like you to be compensated for something cheap. Yeah greatservice. Read more
Whoever worked last night obviously just did not care. I ordered online for a pizza around 10:30, thinking itll be fine because... they close at 12 am, they took the order and did not deliver at all, i waited around and never received. I also redeemed a freepizza, and now that is gone. I tried calling, no answer. Read more
I've never in my life had worse customer service than I've had with this domino's. I wish I could call the manager out to warm... others but she was too unprofessional too give me her name. They were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and completelyincompetent. I've already been in touch with corporate about their complete lack of customer service. On several occasions I have had problems with either not receiving all my order and recently I placed an order through my app... which was during advertised hours according to the website and my order tracker just stayed on the prep part. I kept calling thestore and even waited over 15 minutes the last time and no answer. Never received an email, call, or anything until thefollowing morning starting at 9 am when my app and email started going crazy about the order being baked and then cancelled. Ofcourse I didn?t want the order anymore at that point. EVERYTIME I have called I have dealt with the manager Aubree and she isabsolutely no help and never has any answers or solutions. The pizzas are always on time, cooked great and they have never been wrong on the order. This is probably my 30th visit over 2.5... years. They definitely get 5 stars! Read more
