Save your money! Over priced burnt pizza and cold pasta that took over an hour and a half to arrive. We called to say something... (which we never do) and the least enthusiastic employee stated they would replace everything. After another hour and a half wefinally called to check on our replacement food only to find out they don?t have a delivery driver available. When we FINALLYreceived our food?.cold and burnt again. I should also mention I heard another person complaining about their burnt pizza in thebackground during our call back. I really hope the owners and management step up and save this place before it goes under. Read more
Very nice blend of sauce and cheese, fresh pepperoni and the mushrooms had texture. Slightly burnt topping but hard to complain... given the crunchy crust. Nice job friendly service and pizza ready fast. Probably would return at least monthly. Read more
Definitely wont order from here again. Was recommended this place by a few people. saying that it was the best pizza in town.... Sadly this not the case. Pizza was burned and dough was not cooked all the way through. Was not worth calling them back to letthem know as their service was horrid. the kids really don't know the meaning of customer service or what the word politemeant. If you have a choice for food in sooke, best steer clear from thsi place. Read more
We have given this place so many "second chances." We've had so many pizzas that have been way overcooked or way undercooked or... simply the wrong order. There has never been any ownership for mistakes and nothing done to make things right. Tonight, we gaveit another chance - it looked perfect when we opened the boxes. But there was so much cheese the grease made the crust soggy andit was so salty it was nearly inedible, even my kids who love pizza wouldn't eat it. Read more
This place is the least consistent pizza place ever. Overcooked. Undercooked. Wrong order. And when you reach out to them they... don't actually DO anything about it. Can not thank the Sooke staff enough for our experience last night. I thought I hit the submit button for my order but didn?t.... When I realize I screwed up, I called them just as the store closed but they still made my pizza. They didn?t have to but did itanyway and the pizza was delicious. That is amazing customer service. Don't bother ordering from here. The pick up time is completely meaningless. 2 small pizzas were said to take 45 minutes, ended... up taking more than 1.5 hours. The cheese pizza had no sauce and the dough was not cooked in the middle. Pizza was barely warm.Staff were disorganized and did not care about the extra wait. Read more
Had great experiences in the past however, tonight, 3 hrs later. After several calls, the last saying it was on the way and... less then 5 mins. I have frozen pizza I a toaster oven. Not 1 call in 3 hrs fro. Them but a few from me, one offering to comepick it up. Greatly disappointed! 1 starts a lil high today, need a serious negative. Read more
