Haven't been in a Togo's for years since we left CA. This was the last one I was in and it's still the best sandwich anywhere.... Friendly crew too. Good prices, large selection. Read more
The two stars is for the sandwich quality and one younger male sandwich maker that stood up for us. The franchise owner may be... rocking a rolex but he refuses to understand the actual inner workings of the store, including the POS machine. He avoided myhusband and myself as we ran into issues at the register. We purchased a gift card from this same location and as we werechecking out the woman who made our sandwich saw how much was on the card but messed up and we understood. Called female managerover and she said too bad and said we had to pay full price and then sandwich maker changed her story saying she didn't knowwhat she saw, amount on card. Only the guy redeemed this store, otherwise I would have walked out. Even the female managerwalked away to avoid us and let the sandwich makers take the brunt of the issue. Terrible customer service. We stopped by here today last minute. We were heading out on a road trip into the mountains and decided to grab a couple... sandwiches for latter. Togo?s was right around the corner so we stopped in a little after 9:15 AM. They don?t open until 10 AMbut the door was open and when we asked the young man said, ?No problem. I can help you.? And he did so with a smile and aclear desire to actually do his job. I find this to be a quality lacking in most people today. I don?t care what your job is:take pride in it and do it well! What we got were a couple of well made sandwiches that held up well for the several hoursuntil we ate them. Togo?s has always been preferable over Subway for me, but in this case I want to be clear the five starsgoes to that young staff member who clearly is a responsible adult and a credit to the business. Good job! Read more
Well, jury's out. I love Togo's, I've been a fan since I was a kid, I grew up in the Bay Area & we ate at Togo's a lot. This was... years before anyone ever heard of Subway. Togo's have always-to me-had better sandwiches than Subway. More meat, less bread, better ingredients. But there's prices are higher than Subway, which I don't mind paying for better quality & quantity of food. But my visit today fell a little short. My sandwich was huge, which sounds like the best scenario, but it was a bread-wich too.It was a #24 which is my favorite, but the sandwich maker slopped it together & it stuck out of each end of the paper wrapper &when she put it in the paper bag she got avocado all over the outside of the bag & then I got it all over my blouse. I was nottoo happy about that! I don't know if the sandwich maker was a new employee or what, but she needs to be more or re-trained.They used to have a lady there named Stacy Porter, she was the best sandwich maker they ever had, but I don't know what happenedto her. I don't go there as often as I used to, maybe these are good reasons why. :-( Read more
TOGO?S Sandwiches are way better then subway. The staff was circuitous, they made the sandwiches fast.
Pretty good food, had the italian sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup. Hit the spot.
Honestly I am surprised there's a Subway a few doors down from Togo's cuz there's just no comparison. Togo's makes a sandwich... full of meat & all the good stuff u want on ur sandwich. I don't like the fact that I gotta pay extra for cheese but still it'sworth every penny. If u want a sandwich that is mostly packed with lettuce go to Subway. If u want a real sandwich packed withthe good stuff, eat ur lunch at Togo's! Oh & if u haven't already- order the broccoli cheese soup. Mmmkay! Read more
