I always order extra sauce and well done on a deep deep dish pepperoni. They are always accommodating.
We needed something filling and fast and they accomplished both.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. How do you make a food chain taste gross?? Waited 20 minutes to be greeted to order and had... to come back to pick it up. Waited another twenty minutes! JUST for someone to greet a lobby full of guests. Meanwhile poor kidis breaking his back making pizza's while a male and female worker finally come up from the back fixing themselves? We did a walk in order, they said it would be about 10 minutes. Ok fine. Many people came in and left with food after me. After... waiting and no other customers, he asked if he could help. What?! I already put in my order! Said it would be about 10-15minutes more. The deep dish kind doesn?t get in the orders but has to be verbally told. Nope, got a refund and left. Only 1worker in the back wore a mask. Big box of gloves sitting there but no one was wearing them! Shame as we do love their pizza.But not tonight!!! Read more
It's a good place to go to have a great pizza at a good price. Although, the place in Sonora is very small and it gets crowded... in very short time. And if they hire at least another person, people wouldn't have to wait around a long time to get a greatmeal. Read more
I've been using this store for a number of years, and the experience is always varied. Sometimes pizza is actually hot fresh and... ready, sometimes you have to wait 5, 10, 20 or even once had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my order. The mobile app does seemto make things easier, but out of the half dozen or so times I've used the app, only once was my pizza ready and in the portalon time. Every other time its anywhere from 5-15 minutes late, meaning the employees are not doing their jobs and checking,because it only takes 15 minutes for the pizza to be made, and my order is always placed at least 20 minutes in advance of myarrival due to drive time from my house.
