Reviews for Tasty Mo:Mo in Somerville, MA
We ordered veggie mo mo and galub jamun. The mo mo was very good, however, skip the gulab jamun. This little side cup of two... deep fried balls was $6. I wish they would?ve specified on the site how many were in an order. I feel that is quite pricey forwhat you get. I initially thought they forgot the dessert when I looked in the bag and thought it was a cup of sauce. It tastedalright, but I wouldn?t get it again. Read more
Absolutely delicious every time! I?ve been trying their vegetarian options for the last 6 years, and they?re just as amazing... every time! This is one of my go to places to get Momos every time I visit Massachusetts. I don?t think you?ll find better momosanywhere else along the east coast. Absolutely love this spot! ? Read more
Fantastic dumplings that are well worth the wait! Definitely recommend the pan fried, or the chili dumplings if you want some... moderately spicy fare. Also some nice (and unexpected!) Bollywood ambiance with our meal. Read more
Authentic delicious food. Order ahead so you don't have to wait for the Momos to be steamed. Quality has held up over the years,... a lot of Indian/Nepali restaurants regress over time but this place has always been consistent even when it moved across thestreet into a larger location. We have been going her for the last 5 years. Read more
Tasty Momo offers so delicious made-to-order items. During our visit, we ordered Jhol momo, which didn?t come soupy but instead... the sauce was given separately. Chilly Momo was not too spicy - it had a sweetish hint to it. Vegetarian Thukpa was good, thebroth was thick. Definitely lacked the heat for our taste pallet. Mango lassi was good too. Read more
Some of the best food ive ever had, their momos are amazing
Good flavors and quaint neighborhood Nepalese joint. Personally I enjoyed the thali more than the momos. The spicy momos were a... tad too saucy for me and most of my order had ?leaked?. Goat thali was delicious, the veggies and cauliflower was a goodcompliment but the dal too salty. The pickles and chili sauce were my fav. Samosas were huge, tasty and I enjoyed the mangolassi. They are quite busy with takeout orders so about a 20min wait for food on weekends. Read more
Amazing! From walking in to the authentic Nepalese aesthetic to the delicious food. I ordered the chowmein and it was very... flavorful. I also had the handmade dumplings with a very flavorful orange sauce. The employee una (I think?) was very attentionand helpful when ordering. 10/10 would recommend! Read more
