Taco loco is great, I've been visiting them since the old location near by. Typically ordering burritos. They are always tasty... and the chips and salsa are a great touch. I like that they have a beef tongue burrito option. The other options arefantastic. Whenever I'm in there most people are ordering custom boxes / plates or larger meal orders. My family and I have been customers here for years. I bought pupusas today for my grandmother and they were definitely on the... burnt side. We called to try to discuss the issue and the manager literally argued back with my grandmother disrespectfullyinstead of resolving the issue . Seems like ever since taco loco moved locations they can?t keep up with the demands and havegone south. There?s other Pupusa places so don?t bother coming here for pupusas that have turned flavorless and burnt . Not tomention the manager that lacks customer service and argued with the elderly . Ordering your food at the counter is so chaotic here. Had a few things and it was okay, not impressive at all. I don't think I... would go out of my way to go back. The rice was mushie and quesadilla had no cheese. Barely any! Pupusas I did not like at alland chips for the salsa was super watery and not a chunky salsa. Read more

The first couple times I went here the food was amazing fresh and the service was impeccable. Last two times I've gone they ran... out of rice and the workers had very noticeable attitudes when I was trying to figure out something to eat. The most recenttime I was at the restaurant we had to wait for ice and then when it was finished the rice was overcooked and the food overalljust wasn't very good. My friend got a Steak quesadilla that she said didn't really taste like they use steak in there so shewasn't very happy at all. I've noticed the last few weeks different faces on different parts of the line ,but the attitudeshave gone way up and it's made Taco Loco somewhere I'm skipping to get food from.
