Margo and (Susan manger) horrible customer service they didn?t get my food out on time. When I went up to look for my food and... saw that one of the things that I ordered which was a banana bread was there and I grabbed it the lady told me not to grabthings. I waited about 25 minutes to even get accommodated. No understanding as I am getting up early to take my child toschool. When I turn my back brought over a cold already spilled coffee with a sandwich that I didn?t know where it came from.Instead of Susan trying to be apologetic she seems narcissistic and condescending tone both of these women saying they are ahigh-volume store. Instead of apologizing and making excuses. Worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had after spending almost$20. Read more

Got my first Holiday Peppermint Mocha (iced) because it was 75' in Nov 2022

Great location from our hotel, within walking distance. Friendly service.

Service was good just got a couple cookie crumble frappe they where really good better than some Starbucks I've visited

This Starbucks is a complete chaos. Employees are not organized and this place is always running out of stock of your favorite... food items, very limited. The customer service could be better and they rushed on making your drinks so the quality is not thebest. I prefer other locations. Read more

Sent my daughter in to order a bagel and coffee, they were out of bagels yet it still took about 20minutes to come out with 2... coffees. Okay so maybe it was busy, understandable, but then I call to ask if she was still in there waiting, (was waiting incar with a baby), I was told that there was no small girl in the store by that description. Then I asked to speak to a managerand was told that I was already speaking to a manager. It was just lack of curiosity that turned me off and then to add thatthere were no bagels yet she still waited 20minutes for 2 coffees. P.s manager didn't seem to give a "you know what" that I wasasking if a child was still in the store and that he barely looked. By the way she was indeed in the store. I never thought I would say I am a regular at a Starbucks but somehow it has happened and it is this Starbucks. The drink is... always the same and they know me and my order. I feel like Norm from cheers. They only thing I don?t love is the paper straws.Their are so many plastic alternatives paper is the worst. Read more

Pretty average Starbucks. I don?t like when there?s not many outlets, some of the tables boasted of having wireless charging,... but it never worked for me. A little too cold at times, I had my jacket on and was getting chilly. Was satisfied with thecoffee. Read more
