What a fun little speakeasy vibe bar! The menu is a little pricey for some of the types of food you are ordering, especially... with such a limited menu. However, everything was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful when it came to ordering.Definitely will be coming back! Also, heads up because this is a speakeasy vibe there is no real signage for this spot. Myfriend and I didn’t know that at first and so we kept looking around the two restaurants next to the spot before realizing thedoor that brought you downstairs to this bar. Read more
Great bar for a cocktail with friends. Saloon is a hidden gem in the Davis Square area. Go down a few stairs to find out a... tastefully decorated bar with plenty of seating places and a great vibe. We chose to come here because we were a big group andcould book in advance. Cocktails were delicious, I enjoyed the Hen of the Woods. Staff was very friendly and gave us some goodrecommendations. Prices are fair. I loved the music playlist but it was a little too high because we seated below a loudspeaker.Other than that, a perfect place for a night out! Read more
We loved our experience at Saloon! The Rogue and the Cha Cha Cha were our favorite cocktails, but all of the drinks we tried... were excellent and well-balanced. We would probably skip the crudo next time and try the oysters instead. We LOVED our burgersand fries. The service was incredibly friendly but a tad slow - it’s totally worth it for the quality of food and drink atSaloon. We will be back soon! Read more
Cozy quite atmosphere. The deal for $1 oysters during the happy hours 4-6pm, make us crazy. They also have beers, salads,... entrees. After pandemic, Come out and spend sometime in the bar. Read more
Saloon is one of the best bars in this area. It offers a swanky vibe with high quality cocktails. The menu is small but... everything is delicious. Highly suggest the poutine as an app and an old fashioned. With covid I suggest calling ahead to makea reservation, but we were able to just walk in and get a table. It’s a awesome hidden gem, and much better than the crowdedbars/restaurants above ground. Read more
Finding the Saloon was a bit confusing initially since it's connected to Rockwell and signage wasn't the best. Happy we didn't... give up. Food was great and cocktail was amazing. Try the squid ink. Read more
