The customer service along with the quality of the food barely even deserves a star. The pizza arrived extremely oily and the... sub I ordered didn't have any of the toppings I asked for, and on top of that it came soggy. When I called back to file acomplaint the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and didn't even offer any resolution for the unfulfilled order .I will never order from here again. If I go to Boston or anywhere in New England, this is a must stop. The pizza is the best. Equal to their competitors down the... street. I preodered via app and when I arrived it was hot and ready. We bought extra for our friends that we were visiting inMedford, Mass. And reheated it the next day, while not as good as fresh out of the oven, it was still amazing. Read more

First time trying this place. I ordered a large cheese pizza. I don't remember how many times i put the word "extra" in please... cook extra light. It was a few extras. The pizza arrived well done with some of the sides blackened and the cheese burnt. There was hardly and sauce and cheese on the pizza! This may have been the second worst pizza I have ever had!!!
