I came here to do an UberEATS order after midnight on a Tuesday early morning and the people working there were extremely kind... and professional in the drive-thru and inside the store for pickup. I've been to a lot of McDonalds to do food delivery pickupsand the people working there were straight up nasty, despite my attempts to be polite. This McDonald's maintains the samegruelling busyness of other McDonald's, but no matter how busy it gets, it seems like everyone is pleasant and professionalregardless. Homeless person had the gall to ask me for a smoke while I waited in line cuz I put out a cigarette on the way into store. I... said no I'm eating and they said they'd wait till I was done. The restaurant can't put what time the dine in hours are online.Employees don't know how to use registers. Care more bout online orders. Ordered 4 crispy chicken meals with cokes. Got only 2of them and 2 cokes. I specifically asked if this was everytjing they said yes. Then when I called to complain they said Iforgot a bag. Care more about Uber eats orders. Waited in line 15 minutes with one person ahead of me. Woman couldn't use register. Wrong... food ordered wrong change got no napkins no straw no condements I asked for which were on receipt. Homeless asking for change,after I gave a little pocket change they asked for more. I offered to buy em something and they said they get a better discountthan me with a certain worker. So I said order for me from that worker and I'll give them a 20 dollar tip they walked away andleft. Read more
Located in McGrath highway somerville . It shares thesame complex as star market. Its an efficient fast food place for a good... and quick bite . There's usually a busy drive through on the weekends but they are fast and reliable and get you your orders intime . Theres also a large parking lot for cars if you prefer ordering inside. This particular branch is open for 24 hrs . Ihighly recommend. Read more
Ordered mobile order, got the order number. Two gentlemen working late night probably having a bad night, kept telling me quote,... ?you no pay, you no pay?. As a customer using McDonald?s app, I got the mobile order number, and went to the window, how doesMcDonald expect its patron to figure out its internal issue if the payment doesn?t go through?
